Here is some of the latest feedback we received:
My name is Joanna Hardesty and I have been associated with Whispering Pines Mobile Zoo for the past 8 years in two different capacities. In 2006, as the President of the Hamburg Enhanced Recreation Organization (H.E.R.O.) a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that plans, organizes, funds and hosts the annual Family Fun Fest, we contracted with Whispering Pines to provide a petting zoo at the event. They have been with us every year since. We can’t imagine an event without them! The animals are extremely well cared for, the variety and numbers of animals continues to grow, their staff is courteous and exhibit the same great care and love for the animals that Kirk and Claudia do. The time that they spend at our event requires no effort on our part as the planners and organizers. They leave the area clean and requiring no additional attention from us.
In 2010, I took a position with Wade Shows in Planning & Marketing. Working with event committees and local municipalities to provide carnival midways, I often refer Whispering Pines to others, i.e. Livonia Spree; the Macomb Fair & Expo (Gibraltar Trade Center); Utica Riverwalk, to name a few. I feel that strongly about the quality of their show and what they offer that I am certain that event planners will not be disappointed.
I cannot say enough good things about this petting zoo and their owners. Their care and compassion toward each and every animal that they own is immeasurable….and that is reflected in the animal display that they provide. Their zoo is a HUGE attraction at each and every event that I have been associated with. In our 8-year association, we have NEVER experienced any issues with their treatment of their animals and when you see them interact with them, you will see firsthand their level of care.

Thanks again for coming to our school. We really enjoyed your presentation! The boys were talking about the animals long after you were gone. Mr. Hanson, our principal, was quite impressed how a group of boys could sit still for so long, they were obviously really into it.

Just want to tell you again how much we enjoyed your visit! The students are still talking about it as well as the staff. Your presentations were a great length for the ages of the kids and the animal choice perfect. We all loved how you traveled through the rows and let the kids get close AND touch each one. (hmmmm, guess you’ve done this a time or two!) Of course, Seymour was a hit but all the animals are being talked about! Hoping I’ll get the go-ahead to do this again next year! Keep doing what you’re doing! It’s a great program for all!
Mary Ellen VanHoose, Evart Elementary School (March 2013)
I just wanted to let you know that we received a lot of positive comments and compliments from our staff and patrons about your program at the libraries of JDL this summer. Thank you again for agreeing to come out and present your digging animals at all 13 of our locations in just one week. I got to see the program at the Carnegie Library and it was so much fun and very informative (and in a way that let the younger kids also understand what the animals could do). I hope we will be able to work with you again in the future and look forward to that.

I wanted to follow up and share how great it was working with you and how professional your set is. (…) In closing, the praise and compliments came in by the boat loads. With such a great exhibit as yours I’m sure your dates fill quickly. (…)

On behalf of NICC, I would like to extend a sincere thanks to you and your mobile zoo companions who helped make our Eid festival last Sunday a success. From the feedback, our patrons really liked seeing all the animals and the camels in particular. (…) I sincerely hope that we can make contractual arrangements again next year. (…)
